Question:
I am a 27 year old black male. As a teenager I had horrible acne. Now as an adult where the worst of the acne was has very dark scar tissue. Will dermabrasion treatments fix this? Answer:
I would consider conservative dermabrasion in very small areas of the face in very select cases in patients with no history of keloid formation.
